Sorry for the inconveniences.
IF the delivery was made using the monitoring.mxhero.net that means that the authentication process using the tokend we had on the moment of delivery failed. Cause if they did not the delivery should have been done directly using smtp.gmail.com service.
Can you please send as a raw email? Also can you tell me which email address are you using to sent the emails cause I did not found it with the one you have in your profile here, also tell me if you have multiple alias on that account.
Regards,

Hi Bettie,
We apologize for the delay in our response but we have been trying to reproduce the error and we couldn't.
I would like if you don't mind if we could set up a voice call for tomorrow (Google hangout, Skype, whatever you want) in order to allow us to see your screen and trace error in the precise moment you reproduce it.
When would you be able to do the call?
Regards,
Sorry to hear that you are having so many problems, we released as Beta to let the user know about the fact that this is still a work on progress. Let us know if you are experiencing any bug so we can deal with it.

Neil, the idea of Send Later app, it to be able to schedule emails on the future and not to change the date to previous dates when sending, In the case of the calendar if you choose the day you are, you can not select an hour before the current one. If you choose a date after that you can choose any hour. Can you post a print screen of what you are not been able to set here so I can advice?
Regards,
