Get rid of the Processing White screen

I agree. 95% of the time the processing time seems to be short but other times it takes ages.

I now have to tabs open in my gmail. One where I wait for MxHero to Process.... and the other tab where I can continue working. ;-)

Made a mistake. I had to click the up arrow. Missed that. Dumb User.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. We have added to our pipeline removal of the processing "white" screen. Hopefully we can have this addressed in the next several weeks.

I have yet to have a short "white out screen" it takes forever to process apparently.  

I waited 5 minutes for it to process, and it never did.  Time to delete.

MxHero got back said they had a problem. My issue was resolved. And I am sure yours will be. 

Hi, we have been working on mxHero processing time and redundancy of the service, and now it should be almost instant. Let us know if you see the problem again.

Regarding this specific issue: my white screen currently lasts about 3 to 4 seconds. And after this I get an OK button (which I must click to continue).
I think this OK button might be changed to a message, a non modal or non mandatory message to click. To an informative message Gmail styles rather than the current mandatory click OK.

Agree... this is an off-putting issue. MX Hero (Admin)... I've just downloaded, and it's quick sometimes... and just hangs at other times... Love the app... but this processing screen is a killer.
