Same happens with me. I believe google must have made some changes to gmail and somehow it probably affected MXHero. I tried most advices I could find on the internet: reloading browser, uninstalling and reinstalling mxhero, etc. but to no avail.
Hi, We've detected some internal changes into the Gmail interface application code which requires a few adjustments into our Chrome Extension as well. We are working to make these adjustments and have the mxHero button available again asap.
I'm having the same issue. Kindly give us an ETA as there were several emails that I needed to track that could not be tracked due to the button not showing up. Also, is there an alternative way to use the mxHero tracking without having the button?
Yes, please give us ETA and signal on the site when it was resolved. I can't see the button and I am not aware of any other way to use TimeOut ....I'm using Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m
Yes, if you have mxHero installed via Google Apps, ex. Total Track. If you are a @gmail.com or not using mxHero's Google Apps, short codes will not work.
The issue is fixed. Please update the Chrome Extension through the Chrome Web Store or the Chrome Extensions Manager in your browser! The issue in fact occurred due to changes in the Gmail application code, the version must be 2.9.0
