How long will my tracked attachements be available?
Just a quick question.
I was trying this feature and the html file attached says that the files would only be available for 30 days.
Is this correct?

time zone
when I set mxHero to send an email tomorrow at 7AM, based on what timezone will email be sent ? my chrome (Eastern Standard Time) ? my windows (Pacific Standard Time) ? my physical location (Hongkong) ?

private delivery not sending to all recipients
when attempting to send to multiple persons it seems iffy that they receive it..
normally i would send messages out individually and get several track messages.. but when using the private delivery i only get one or two
i've really appreciated the mxHero product otherwise - thanks !

1. Why not Firefox and Opera also? 2. In stead of BCC, can direct separate emails be sent with mxHero?
I love mXHero at Gmail on Chrome so much but it is not working at Firefox and Opera.... Also, I'd love to spllt emails so that they become direct to each contact in stead of the bcc way

reminder feature
I just installed mxHero yesterday, so I'm still learning the ins and outs, but I don't see the reminder feature anywhere. I think I read somewhere that there should be a yellow button for mxHero above the reading window, but the only time I see any mxHero button is when I'm composing an out-going email, never when I receive an email. What am I missing?

500 Internal Server Error
When I access More>Auto Signatures or More>Email Footers and then attempt to add the first one the URL is coming up 500 Internal Server Error. It started doing this in the last 6 hours or so - I waited before I submitted a report.
