Scheduling Email For Later... Time selector should allow me to manually enter time instead of using janky sliders

Currently, when I am trying to schedule the sending of an email for later, I have to use these finicky sliders to select the time that email will be sent. Why not allow me to enter the time manually (much easier) and then select if it will be AM/PM.
