mxHero can't access my email

For the past few weeks, when I try to use MXHero in my Google Apps business account, I get a pop-up that reads "mxHero usually moves your message to Draft folder in order to send it, but we cannot access your email." I follow the steps to resolve the problem, but I get the same pop-up again. What can I do to fix this problem?
