private delivery not sending to all recipients

when attempting to send to multiple persons it seems iffy that they receive it..

normally i would send messages out individually and get several track messages.. but when using the private delivery i only get one or two

i've really appreciated the mxHero product otherwise - thanks !

Thanks for getting in touch.

Are the people you do not get tracking from always the same people? I ask because tracking if an email is opened relies on the recipient to "show images". Not everyone has this enabled. Only if you send an attachment, is tracking of access to that attachment guaranteed. In other words, if a user accesses the attachment, you will be notified for sure.

thanks for the reponse.. no these are all unique people.. i can understand no images being the problem.. but when i send individually i get a much larger track response..

ive stopped risking it and send individually since id rather have the item send than not be sure
