Undelivered Mail

Although this is a great add on I will have to stop using as a lot of my emails are coming back as undelivered. I assume that they are being classed as spam

Sally, thanks for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the problems. Toolbox sends email through Gmail, so in theory should not be marked as spam.

Could you do me a favor? Please send an email with the Toolbox to contact@mxhero.com. With this we can better analyse the situation.

Further to my comment above my IT man (husband) has looked at the bounced message and it would appear that monitor.mxhero.net is listed on the spamhaus CBL. The previous e-mails I have had returned were blocked by message labs which he has informed me also uses the spamhaus CBL as one of it's look ups.

IF the delivery was made using the monitoring.mxhero.net that means that the authentication process using the tokend we had on the moment of delivery failed. Cause if they did not the delivery should have been done directly using smtp.gmail.com service.

Can you please send as a raw email? Also can you tell me which email address are you using to sent the emails cause I did not found it with the one you have in your profile here, also tell me if you have multiple alias on that account.
