If you choose a date after that you can choose any hour. Can you post a print screen of what you are not been able to set here so I can advice?

This app reminds me of Hangouts and Google Maps 7. It's released so the public can do the testing that should have been done before it was released in the first place. Rather poor show.
Sorry to hear that you are having so many problems, we released as Beta to let the user know about the fact that this is still a work on progress. Let us know if you are experiencing any bug so we can deal with it.
