MX Hero sent a blank email and doesn't appear in sent folder

Is it really needed to have a "Scheduled Delivery Receipt" done per receiver ?

The Remind (clock) top button is not working anymore

I sometimes use this button to remind me on an email already sent. This has been working fine since many months. But since few days, this is not and I get a message saying :

"mxHero usually moves your message to Draft folder in order to send it, but we cannot access your email.

To allow us to send it properly please follow these steps:
Go to your Draft Gmail folder.
Open the message you want to send.
Make a little change inside email's content.
Select mxHero Apps that you want this email to be applied.
Click the Send mxHero Button."

Whereas, this email is already sent and there is no such draft that I can edit. So what can I do ?


I'm using Chrome : Version 53.0.2785.143 m (64-bit)

And : your version : 2.12.0

Today I have been receiving the following error message when trying to send emails with mxHero:


mxHero could not send your email with Subject, 'Your wedding DJ enquiry'.
If you continue experiencing errors with mxHero Toolbox, please contact us.

I signin 2 gmail accounts. Is there a way to use it in one account, but not in the other?

this app no longer does any tracking - useless

The app is not doing any anything useful - no option to track emails or for that matter, it is no more than a reminder service.

set time

When delaying send to a calendar date the time cannot be set to an earlier time on that date than the current time. This seems to work OK if tomorrow is chosen from the drop down menu but not for calendar.

Neil, the idea of Send Later app, it to be able to schedule emails on the future and not to change the date to previous dates when sending, In the case of the calendar if you choose the day you are, you can not select an hour before the current one. If you choose a date after that you can choose any hour. Can you post a print screen of what you are not been able to set here so I can advice?

Installed, removed, reinstalled, restarted etc.

Go to send a delayed message, get a chrome window saying access granted successful etc and says wait for this window to close. Stays there forever......close it manually and get the message "

mxHero can not access to internal services, please try again later.

"
