Yes, if you have mxHero installed via Google Apps, ex. Total Track. If you are a @gmail.com or not using mxHero's Google Apps, short codes will not work.
Dan,

Thanks for your observations. In some cases recipients will not be able to access the attachments because of their local firewall rules etc.

Good news is we are working on exactly what you said, namely, allow for options to not link the attachments.

We expect delivery over the next several weeks.

Thank you again Dan!
Hi Ben,

Thanks for getting in touch.

We are reviewing a number of improvements for execution including this one. In the next couple months we should have new and extended capabilities - not only this one.

Will keep you posted.

Thanks!
Thank you Suzanne for the kind words! Much appreciated by myself and the whole team! :)
Shawn, I believe we have fixed this issue. Can you confirm? Perhaps reloading your browser?

Best regards!
Shawn,

We're phasing in https. So far we've got the tracking links, self destruct message and other components over https. Give us a little more time and we'll soon have the whole thing done.

Thanks!
Hm, yes, another extension can cause interference for sure. We'd have to play around with Streak to see what the impact is.

In chrome you can temporarily disable Streak, at least to see if that is what is effecting mxHero.

Go to the special url chrome://extensions/ and uncheck "Enabled" for Streak. After your test you can always re-enable Streak.

Good luck!
Jamal,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Are the people you do not get tracking from always the same people? I ask because tracking if an email is opened relies on the recipient to "show images". Not everyone has this enabled. Only if you send an attachment, is tracking of access to that attachment guaranteed. In other words, if a user accesses the attachment, you will be notified for sure.

Hope that helps.

Thank you again
Sure, that would be very helpful. Or you can post here. Whichever is easiest.

Thank you!
